Graduate Consultant – Global Employer Services Tax & Legal

About the role

Deloitte is seeking bright graduates and early‑career consultants to join its Global Employer Services – Tax & Legal team. You will work on personal taxation, social security, and international mobility matters for corporate clients in Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of current Greek tax legislation, personal tax and social security rules.
• Support the Employers’ international mobility area and deliver high‑quality client service.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data using standard tools to propose solutions.
• Liaise with Greek tax and social security authorities on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and file personal income tax returns, real estate tax returns and other required filings within statutory deadlines.
• Apply technology solutions to address client business challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field from a recognised university.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.
• Outstanding academic record and excellent command of English.
• Professional attitude, strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
