Field Sales Account Manager – Cloud Solutions

About the role

As a Field Sales Account Manager for Google Cloud you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them accelerate digital transformation through Google’s cloud portfolio. You will be based in one of the selected locations (Prague, Sofia, Athens or Bucharest) and work closely with internal teams and partners to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers to influence long‑term technology and business decisions.
• Lead account strategy, identify growth opportunities and coordinate cross‑functional teams and Google partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and accurate reporting.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts and pricing with procurement, legal and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Engineers and technical leads to assess software estates, define migration plans and build business cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 + years of quota‑carrying cloud or software sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Strong experience building relationships with internal teams and senior customer stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations and contract management.
