About the role

Join Concentrix Greece as a Bulgarian Speaking Customer Service Representative and become part of a multicultural team that supports leading global brands. Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live chats from Bulgarian‑speaking customers.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer accounts.
• Achieve personal and team performance targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar client‑service role.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and a good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs, problem‑solving and active listening.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance.
