B2B Account Manager – Norwegian Speaker

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a B2B Account Manager who speaks Norwegian to support partners in selling and renewing hardware solutions for a leading IT provider. You will work with business partners, conduct outbound outreach, and manage the full sales lifecycle to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue‑based quotas by selling and renewing full hardware solutions, including PCs and desktops.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities where appropriate.
• Focus on a dedicated territory of partners serving companies with more than 150 employees.
• Conduct outbound calls, hold meetings, and manage email communications with assigned accounts.
• Guide prospects through discovery, solution proposal, execution, and post‑sale support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise sales processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM system in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• 2–3 years of experience in a sales environment with a proven record of meeting quotas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
