About the role

REInvest Greece, a leading real‑estate services provider, is looking for a Property Consultant specialized in new‑build residential projects. The role is full‑time, permanent, and based in Athens, focusing on managing buyer leads and supporting the sales process for newly constructed homes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate incoming leads from prospective buyers.
• Match buyers with suitable new‑build properties.
• Organise and conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Perform systematic follow‑up on leads and visits to convert them into sales.
• Support negotiations and monitor transactions through to completion.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information in the CRM, including pricing and availability.
• Communicate with developers and owners regarding portfolio updates.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing and Operations stakeholders.
• Track and report KPIs such as leads, visits, conversion rates and sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales or related field.
• University degree (e.g., Property Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Real‑Estate Valuation) is a plus.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Strong communication, organisational and data‑interpretation skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
