Revenue Manager – New Opening in Athens

About the role

As the Revenue Manager for the new Radisson RED Athens, you will own the revenue strategy from pre‑opening through launch and beyond, driving pricing, RevPAR and market share. You will turn market data into actionable commercial decisions in a fast‑growing hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the revenue management strategy, focusing on total profitable revenue, RevPAR and market share.
• Support the pre‑opening commercial setup, establishing pricing, yielding and inventory strategies.
• Analyse Athens market dynamics, demand patterns and competitor pricing to inform revenue actions.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and budgets, monitor performance against targets and identify risks early.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Sales, Marketing, Reservations and corporate Revenue Management to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing or distribution within the hotel industry.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic, analytical and commercially driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Previous hotel opening or pre‑opening experience is a strong advantage.
• Valid authorization to work in the EU/Greece.

Required skills

• Experience with revenue management systems such as IDeaS G3 or Duetto.
• Proficiency with PMS, CRS, GDS, channel managers and OTA extranets.
