Regional Sales Manager – Specialty Chemicals

About the role

Enascor is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for LUBRICO – TSAKALIS A. LTD, a leading Greek manufacturer of specialty chemicals. Reporting to senior management, you will manage the customer portfolio in the assigned region, strengthen existing partnerships and develop new business opportunities while travelling to client sites and industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned region, strengthening existing relationships and attracting new customers.
• Maintain regular customer contact, conduct on‑site visits and provide commercial and technical support.
• Prepare commercial proposals, follow up quotations and negotiate agreements.
• Coordinate participation in public tenders and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure product suitability and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer accounts, payment collections and commercial agreements in the ERP system.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in sales or technical sales within an industrial environment.
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related field (advantageous).
• Strong commercial judgement combined with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
