Organization Design Consultant / Senior Consultant – Human Capital

About the role

Deloitte is looking for an enthusiastic Organization Design Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Human Capital team in Athens. You will support transformation initiatives that enable organizational change and strategy execution for a variety of private and public clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges and contribute to client projects.
• Lead problem definition and structured analysis to address client needs.
• Apply knowledge of strategy development, organizational design, and operating‑model frameworks within transformation programs.
• Support analysis of client business state, industry trends, and competitor landscapes, contributing to strategic insights, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to the design of operating models, organizational structures, and process re‑engineering to improve efficiency and performance.
• Assist in planning and executing large‑scale transformation programs, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and providing hands‑on support to stakeholders.
• Utilise project‑lifecycle knowledge to support the planning of transformation initiatives.
