Java Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join our technology team in Athens or Thessaloniki. You will help design, develop, and maintain cloud‑native, highly scalable solutions that enable our clients to innovate at speed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and extend highly available micro‑services using Spring Boot.
• Develop cloud‑native applications leveraging Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure and OpenShift.
• Participate in technical design reviews and translate business requirements into architecture.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and code‑quality initiatives.
• Write, test, and document code while ensuring compliance with standard development life‑cycle processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Experience with SOA or micro‑services implementation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
