Internal Audit Consultant – French Speaker (Hybrid)

About the role

As an Internal Audit Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. The position offers the chance to work on diverse, large‑scale projects within a hybrid working model in Thessaloniki.

Key responsibilities

• Design, reengineer and model complex business processes to improve organisational performance.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, bridging business and IT.
• Analyze and enhance process effectiveness, identify risks and develop mitigation action plans.
• Gather, process and monitor data to measure process performance.
• Develop and document operational policies, procedures and train business users.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business process analysis, design/reengineering, internal control optimisation or risk management.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to present complex data clearly.

Required skills

• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik or PowerBI.
• Green Belt or other project‑management certifications (advantageous).
• Comfortable working with AI tools.
