Disputes Counsel

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Junior Disputes Legal Counsel to support its rapid expansion and day‑to‑day operations in Greece. The role focuses on managing out‑of‑court disputes, consumer protection complaints, and coordinating litigation with external counsel while providing practical legal advice to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end resolution of out‑of‑court disputes and consumer protection complaints with Greek authorities.
• Review and prepare formal responses to claims and dispute‑related matters.
• Coordinate and liaise with external law firms in Greece for active litigation cases.
• Provide legal advice and resolve escalated dispute tickets related to branch activities.
• Assist in preparing legal documentation and refining internal workflows to improve dispute handling efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law and current membership with a Greek bar association.
• Experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Exposure to dispute resolution, litigation, or financial regulatory law.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Proactive mindset with strong coordination skills.
