About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our luxury dining team at House of NYNN in Athens, delivering high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section, following standardized recipes.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygiene practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely production of dishes.
• Train junior kitchen staff in your section.
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of a specific culinary section (e.g., fish, meat, grill, larder).
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Creative and innovative mindset with passion for culinary arts.
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU passport or work authorization).
