About the role

Four Seasons is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Taverna 37 team at the Astir Palace Hotel on the Athenian Riviera. In this full‑time, permanent position you will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering the signature Four Seasons hospitality, overseeing daily operations and ensuring every guest enjoys an authentic Greek dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Maintain high service standards and promptly address guest feedback.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training and performance coaching.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to implement operational initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and genuine Greek hospitality values.
• Proven experience in a restaurant or hotel dining environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, luxury setting.
