Warehouse Logistics Administrator

About the role

Support the smooth and efficient execution of daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation and transportation planning.

Key responsibilities

• Issue delivery notes and invoices.
• Process and enter customer orders in the system.
• Coordinate incoming goods, imports and loading activities.
• Plan and coordinate transportation routes and daily deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain key logistics and transportation KPIs.
• Support ISO‑related processes and documentation concerning warehouse operations.
• Handle external tasks related to warehouse operational needs when required.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely execution of logistics operations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, plan and effectively manage daily operational tasks.
