Transfer Pricing Experienced Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Transfer Pricing Experienced Assistant to join our Tax Services team in Athens. You will support transfer pricing projects through benchmarking research, documentation preparation, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analysis using specialized TP databases such as Amadeus and TP Catalyst.
• Prepare comprehensive Transfer Pricing documentation (Local Files and Master Files) to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform industry and market research to analyse client business cycles, functions and risk profiles.
• Assist in ongoing TP projects, applying methodologies, financial adjustments and reviewing inter‑company arrangements.
• Collaborate with the tax advisory team to deliver high‑quality client deliverables under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• BSc in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (MSc considered an asset).
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing services within an audit or accounting firm.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
