Technical Sales Specialist (Dutch)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading global digital advertising and social media company to hire a Dutch‑speaking Technical Sales Specialist for its Athens office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and match them with appropriate products, features, configurations and digital advertising solutions.
• Support advertisers throughout the solution lifecycle, including activation, implementation, optimisation and ongoing improvements.
• Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact and return on advertising spend.
• Identify risks, mitigation actions and optimisation opportunities to improve advertiser success.
• Drive revenue growth through solution adoption, optimisation and expansion.
• Assist advertisers in unlocking additional value via advanced features, automation and extra capabilities.
• Provide hands‑on campaign activation, configuration changes and troubleshooting.
• Use CRM systems, performance dashboards, reporting tools and campaign optimisation platforms to track activity and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, technology, SaaS, B2B sales or account management.
• Native or near‑native Dutch and fluent English.
• Strong technical consultative selling skills with a commercial mindset focused on customer results and revenue growth.
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience supporting solution implementation, activation, configuration changes or troubleshooting.
