Talent Acquisition Specialist – Athens

About the role

NTT DATA is expanding its People Team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its growing operations in Athens. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: create job postings, screen resumes, conduct pre‑screen interviews, and coordinate interview panels.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines for IT and business‑critical roles.
• Maintain and continuously improve talent pipelines to reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Ensure transparent, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Represent NTT DATA at career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events.
• Uphold recruitment policies and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably sourcing IT talent such as developers, engineers, and tech leads.
• Experience recruiting for large‑scale or EU‑institution markets.
• Strong understanding of selection methods and techniques.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related databases.
• Effective use of job boards and social media for recruitment.
