Swedish-speaking Customer Advisor – Airline (Athens)

About the role

Join a leading global airline as a Swedish‑speaking Customer Advisor based in Athens. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, travel partners, and corporate clients, delivering a premium travel experience through phone, email and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Explain ticket rules, fees, and airline policies.
• Process refunds and update reservations accurately.
• Support travel agencies and corporate partners with their specific needs.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the airline’s high‑service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish (C1+ level) and confident in English.
• Social, adaptable, and service‑oriented.
• Motivated to live and work abroad in a multicultural environment.
• Customer‑service or hospitality experience is a plus, but the right mindset is essential.
