Senior Graphic Designer – Lead Creative Projects

About the role

Blissprojects, a fast‑growing creative agency in Athens, is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join its on‑site team. You will lead the visual development of branding, digital campaigns, packaging, print, and motion graphics for demanding local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and deliver high‑quality creative concepts that align with strategic marketing goals.
• Lead design projects from brief through final delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and deadline compliance.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Account Managers, Web Developers and Copywriters to maintain a unified creative vision.
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback and raise overall team output.
• Present and articulate creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Resident of Athens, Greece, available for a full‑time hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Art Director, preferably in a top‑tier agency.
• Strong, well‑curated portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, layout and visual communication.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of AI technologies used by creative professionals.

Required skills

• Mastery of Adobe InDesign.
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator.
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with AI‑driven design tools.
