Sales & Key Account Manager – Cosmetics Testing Services

About the role

TQACS Lab is a trusted provider of laboratory testing solutions for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, disinfectants, medical devices and food. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Key Account Manager to grow our business in the cosmetics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell laboratory services for cosmetics, including microbiological testing, challenge testing, stability studies, chemical analysis and PIF support services.
• Develop new business and manage existing key accounts.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals and manage the sales process through closing.
• Visit clients at their sites in Greece and abroad.
• Represent QACS at international cosmetics trade shows.
• Work closely with laboratory departments and QA to address technical questions and shape the right testing solutions.
• Maintain and update client price lists, ensuring correct pricing and alignment between quoted, contracted and invoiced services.

Required profile

• University degree in a science discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biology or related).
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably in laboratory services, raw materials or contract manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and core product safety requirements.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to travel within Greece and abroad, and a valid driving license.

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
