Sales Executive – Field Sales (1‑year contract) in Patra

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Field Sales team in Patra as a Sales Executive on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will work directly with retail customers, ensuring product availability, visibility and driving sales growth for a defined portfolio of stores.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores daily to manage product placement, stock levels and promotional execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Implement promotional and commercial plans at the store level.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities such as secondary placements.
• Take orders, monitor product quality (FIFO, expiration dates, packaging) and provide market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and field‑based roles with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, resilient and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• PC literacy with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
