Podcast Content & Editorial Manager

About the role

BeWell Movement is seeking a Podcast Content & Editorial Manager to shape the editorial identity of the BeWell Podcast. You will guide each episode from concept to publication, ensuring it delivers valuable, engaging content that resonates with wellness‑focused audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop editorial strategy by identifying relevant themes, guests and emerging wellness trends.
• Research guests and topics, create episode scripts, discussion flows and briefing documents.
• Collaborate with hosts and production teams to craft compelling conversations with clear narratives and takeaways.
• Review recorded episodes, select highlights, and direct final edits for both long‑form and short‑form formats.
• Produce reels, Shorts and social‑media clips, and oversee distribution across the BeWell website, YouTube, podcast platforms and social channels.
• Write engaging episode titles, YouTube descriptions and hook angles that attract listeners.

Required profile

• Passion for wellness, fitness and health topics.
• Strong editorial judgment and curiosity about emerging conversations.
• Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with hosts, producers and social‑media teams.
• Proactive mindset to keep the podcast relevant and ahead of trends.
