Pharmacy Panel Specialist (Contract)

About the role

iQVIA is hiring a Pharmacy Panel Specialist (also called Pharmacy Panel Analyst) in its Supplier Services Department in Athens. This is a 12-month contract position where you work under guidance to carry out the technical activation and support of pharmacies in a multi-platform environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up technical interfaces and activate pharmacy software, then launch it and train pharmacy users.
• Monitor the environment with established tools so processes are completed on schedule, and respond to and fix job failures according to procedures.
• Escalate issues needing second-level support and handle special processing requests and permanent change requests.
• Enter issues into the problem management tool and update outstanding issues.
• Support client-facing teams, business line initiatives or third parties, and act as a subject matter expert for other analysts when the scheduler or supervisor is absent.
• Contribute to new system development, including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing and implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• One year of experience in a similar environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated communication skills with a customer-service focus.

Required skills

• Strong job control language skills or distributed platform and PC operating system skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software packages used by iQVIA and in problem management tools.
