Online Marketing Manager (Remote, Greece)

About the role

We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to lead and expand our digital marketing activities. Based in Greece, you will work remotely with our AI voice solutions company, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and continuously improve online marketing campaigns.
• Build and grow social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Create and optimise content such as posts, blog articles and case studies.
• Develop and implement lead‑generation strategies and monitor performance metrics.
• Support paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Design and manage marketing funnels, automation workflows and email nurture sequences using HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Maintain and optimise the CRM system and collaborate with sales for lead qualification.

Required profile

• Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in online marketing, social media (LinkedIn) and content creation – junior to managerial level.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Interest in AI, voice technology and innovation.
• Business‑fluent German and very good English communication skills.
