Norwegian-speaking Customer Expert for Delivery Services

About the role

Join our Nordic customer experts team in Greece and help a leading food and grocery delivery platform serve millions of users across 70+ countries. As a Norwegian‑speaking Customer Expert you will provide friendly, efficient support to restaurant partners and end‑customers, ensuring smooth delivery experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and customers.
• Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform usage.
• Deliver professional, empathetic service across all channels while following response templates and quality standards.
• Escalate sensitive or unresolved issues when necessary.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks required by the project.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong written communication and typing abilities.
• Confidence using PC tools and multitasking between platforms.
• Customer‑service background is a plus, but not mandatory.
