Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects, understand their business needs and provide tailored product recommendations to drive revenue.
• Research customer contracts and history using platforms such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and create customer‑specific use cases that highlight solution value.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline, provide accurate updates and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and expand product adoption.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, advising on business objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Outbound sales experience with a focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation and generating new business.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based solutions and subscription models.
• Proven ability to engage C‑suite decision makers and close deals across phone, email and social media.
• Ability to meet weekly, daily and monthly sales targets while managing a high‑volume pipeline.
