IT Service Desk Agent (Dutch & French fluency) – Remote in Greece

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Dutch‑French IT Service Desk Agent to deliver first‑line technical support to end users in a fully remote setting based in Greece. You will be the initial point of contact, handling tickets, troubleshooting a range of Microsoft and Windows technologies, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, prioritize and manage IT support tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, SharePoint and Citrix.
• Gather relevant information, assess impact and urgency, and work towards resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate technical teams.
• Document incidents, steps taken and resolutions accurately.
• Maintain clear communication with users throughout the ticket lifecycle.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other technical teams as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch and French, with good command of English.
• Previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk roles.
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Exposure to Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID or Intune is a plus.
• Strong logical and analytical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
