IT Helpdesk Support – Marousi

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team in Marousi. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring incidents and service requests are recorded, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Record all relevant details for incidents and service requests, assigning appropriate categorisation and priority codes.
• Manage end‑to‑end ticket resolution, overseeing incident and service request workflows.
• Perform routine and ad‑hoc support tasks, including network, hardware, software, IT inventory management, order processing and off‑site support.

Required profile

• BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar helpdesk role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business and occasional event support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite and cloud services.
• Experience with Apple macOS/iOS platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with modern consumer technologies and smartphones.
