IT Expert / Technical Trainer

About the role

We are looking for experienced IT professionals who are passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others develop practical technology skills. The role involves delivering a comprehensive training program covering a wide range of modern IT topics.

Key responsibilities

• Teach software and programming fundamentals
• Deliver Agile, Scrum and Jira workshops
• Explain software architecture, cloud concepts and Google Cloud Platform
• Cover databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Introduce APIs, REST and micro‑services design
• Guide participants through Docker, containers and Kubernetes
• Provide training on testing, debugging and bug reporting
• Show monitoring, logs and operations best practices
• Facilitate practical sprint and project simulations

Required profile

• Real‑world experience in software/full‑stack development, cloud & DevOps, APIs & databases, Docker/Kubernetes, Git and Agile/Scrum
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical topics in simple terms
• Open‑minded, collaborative and comfortable mentoring
• Previous teaching, training, mentoring or coaching experience is a plus
