Graduate Technology Program – Software Development or AI Engineering

About the role

The Allwyn Rockets Graduate Program offers a 15‑month, full‑time technology track for recent Master’s graduates. You will choose either Software Development or Artificial Intelligence Engineering and work alongside experts to build real‑world solutions that power the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and scale backend systems that support core operations (Software Development path).
• Build, test and deploy AI and Generative AI models to improve decisions, products and customer experiences (AI Engineering path).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Maintain code quality through testing, version control and clean‑coding practices.

Required profile

• Recently completed or soon‑to‑complete Master’s (or Integrated Master’s) degree in Data, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields.
• 0‑2 years of professional experience in any business‑related area.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Analytical thinking, growth mindset, accountability and openness to new challenges.
• Military obligations fulfilled or eligible for a 3‑year deferment where applicable.
• Availability for full‑time hybrid work in Athens.

Required skills

• Java (or similar) programming fundamentals.
• Python programming.
• Understanding of backend concepts and APIs.
• Testing and version‑control (e.g., Git) practices.
• Clean‑coding principles.
• AI and machine‑learning fundamentals, including Generative AI.
