Full Stack Developer – Salesforce (Hybrid)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its Technology & Transformation team in Thessaloniki (with satellite hubs in Patras, Ioannina and Crete). You will work on international projects, primarily on the Salesforce platform, delivering end‑to‑end cloud solutions for industry‑leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications on the Salesforce Platform and other cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement business‑oriented functionalities.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Participate actively in project activities, taking increasing autonomy while aligning deliverables with client priorities.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cloud‑based CRM development and digital transformation.
• Ability to work autonomously and within multi‑functional teams.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions that meet client needs.

Required skills

• Salesforce Platform development (Apex, Lightning, etc.)
• Experience with cloud applications and web development technologies.
