About the role

We are seeking a multi‑talented Full Stack Developer who can also act as an IT Systems Specialist. The successful candidate will build and maintain modern websites while managing cloud hosting, internal systems, and security for our digital ecosystem. This is a remote, full‑time position working across several departments.

Key responsibilities

Develop, maintain and optimise websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
Integrate third‑party services via RESTful APIs (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp) and create workflow automations with Zapier, Make.com or n8n.
Provide Windows and macOS desktop support, administer Google Workspace and manage endpoints with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune).
Administer cloud environments on AWS, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean, perform Linux server administration and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Handle domain, DNS and SSL certificate management using providers like GoDaddy and Cloudflare.
Support CRM and marketing platforms including Salesforce, Mailchimp, CallRail, Dialpad and Grasshopper.
Implement analytics and SEO tagging with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console and ensure GDPR cookie compliance.
Maintain cybersecurity standards by deploying endpoint protection, MFA, email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and aligning with SOC 2/HIPAA requirements.

Required profile

5 + years of experience in web development and IT support.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DNS and server‑side administration.
Experience with CRM process mapping and AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI API).
Advanced English communication skills.
