Front Office Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Nur Hospitality Collection in Athens. The role is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests and managing check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Handling phone calls, email inquiries and coordinating reservations.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records in the front‑office system.
• Collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
• Addressing guest concerns and ensuring a smooth lobby experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a welcoming manner.
• Previous experience in hospitality or front‑office roles (highly beneficial).
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation or PMS software and basic computer skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Professional phone etiquette.
