About the role

Full‑time on‑site Front Desk Agent position located in Paleo Faliro, Athens. The role involves greeting guests, managing check‑in and check‑out, handling inquiries and complaints, and providing information about the hotel and local area.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and manage clerical tasks.
  • Greet guests and perform check‑in and check‑out procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and provide local area information.
  • Manage reservations using hotel PMS.
  • Perform various front‑of‑house desk duties as needed.

Required profile

  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems such as Oracle Suite8‑Fidelio.
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms.
