Finance Analyst – Controller

About the role

FOURNARAKIS SA is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst – Controller to strengthen its finance function and support continued growth. The role combines strong analytical and controlling capabilities with deep commercial understanding in a large product‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and present financial performance, variances and key performance indicators.
• Prepare monthly management reports for the CFO and Management, including trend, margin and profitability analysis.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Analyse sales, gross margin, profitability and costs by product, SKU, brand, channel and market.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, turnover and obsolete stock.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, reviewing accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Develop and improve financial and commercial KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or FP&A within a large commercial or product‑driven organization.
• Proven experience handling a wide range of SKUs, brands, suppliers and sales channels.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, costing, inventory and profitability analysis.
• Good understanding of Greek accounting and tax requirements, including myDATA and electronic invoicing.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP systems experience, preferably EntersoftOne.
• Business Intelligence reporting tools and dashboard creation.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
