Field Clinical Specialist, TMTT

About the role

As a Field Clinical Specialist in the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit, you will help expand clinical knowledge of Edwards Lifesciences’ innovative heart‑valve technologies. You will work directly with physicians, hospital staff and internal teams to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes and drive adoption of our devices.

Key responsibilities

• Support certification of centres, physicians, hospital staff and internal personnel according to Edwards SOPs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and proctors to promote clinical excellence.
• Deliver education on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting through hands‑on sessions, in‑services and structured programs.
• Develop and continuously improve training curricula, materials and tools based on clinical experience and guidelines.
• Provide business intelligence on clinical activities, market developments and account dynamics.
• Offer on‑site procedural support and follow‑up to maintain technical proficiency and patient outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Management to plan growth strategies within key accounts.
• Assist in validation of software and hardware updates in the field when applicable.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices and/or clinical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
