Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent – Athens (Full Relocation)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium‑sized businesses for a global leader in the industry. In this role you will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development and pipeline management, helping customers discover cloud‑based products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision‑makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.

Required profile

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (advantage).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85 % accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

What we offer

• €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months.
• Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60 % of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on over‑achievement.
