Danish Customer Service Representative – Relocate to Athens

About the role

Join a leading outsourcing partner in Athens as a Danish Customer Service Representative. You will be the voice of a world‑renowned brand, delivering support through phone, email or chat and ensuring every customer interaction is positive.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting, billing assistance and product information to Danish‑speaking customers.
• Listen actively, empathise and tailor solutions to individual needs.
• Participate in industry‑leading training to continuously improve communication and technical abilities.

Required profile

• EU citizenship (valid EU passport or national ID) due to local labour regulations.
• Fluent Danish (native or C1 level) and at least B2 level English.
• Comfortable using digital tools and multitasking across multiple software platforms.
• Strong empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help people.
