Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage orders, coordinate supplier deliveries and ensure product availability while maintaining high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate and process customer purchase orders in SAP, managing the full order lifecycle from entry to invoicing.
• Create and manage supplier purchase orders, monitor confirmations, and resolve delays or shortages.
• Take operational ownership of inbound logistics, coordinating shipments, warehouse receipts, and direct‑to‑customer deliveries.
• Coordinate transportation with logistics providers, handle urgent escalations and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipping, customs and commercial documentation and support monthly reporting.
• Identify process gaps, drive corrective actions and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, order management, logistics or supply‑chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, fluent business English.
• Proactive, resilient under pressure and comfortable handling operational escalations.

Required skills

• SAP order‑processing knowledge.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
