Customer Care Agent – Delivery Services

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join Skroutz Last Mile, Greece’s leading delivery carrier. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints and providing accurate information about our services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and tickets while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify customer needs, provide product and service information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Document interactions and use the appropriate tools and methods to ensure accurate records.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee resolution.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar call‑center role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas.
• Strong phone etiquette, active listening and empathy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• BSc in Communication or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
