Customer Advisor (Dutch) – Thessaloniki

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our Thessaloniki team supporting a global leader in online protection and cybersecurity. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and chat support for inquiries related to cybersecurity products, subscriptions, and account services.
• Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer‑focused approach.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with the team to meet quality and performance targets.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Dutch language proficiency.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
