Civil / Structural Engineer or Designer

About the role

As a Civil/Structural Engineer or Designer you will contribute to the planning, design, analysis and delivery of civil and structural solutions for energy and infrastructure projects, working within multidisciplinary teams from concept through commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and coordinate civil and structural designs, calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports.
• Design and detail foundations, steel and reinforced‑concrete structures, equipment supports, buildings and site infrastructure.
• Integrate geotechnical, survey, architectural and equipment data into engineering solutions.
• Support constructability, value‑engineering and design optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate civil/structural activities with other disciplines and participate in design reviews and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning and site activities, identifying and resolving design issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience ranging from junior (≤3 years) to senior (10+ years) levels in civil/structural engineering or design for energy, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering design, analysis and BIM/CAD software.
• Ability to develop engineering calculations, drawings, models and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of applicable engineering codes, standards and specifications.
• Experience in designing foundations, steel and reinforced‑concrete structures and equipment supports.
