Business Development Manager

About the role

Synera Group SA is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its client portfolio and drive growth across its service divisions, including professional cleaning, pest control and commercial laundry. The role is hands‑on, covering the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, and involves regular client visits across Attica.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial sector.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Arrange client meetings and site visits to understand service requirements.
• Prepare service scopes, cost estimates and commercial proposals in collaboration with operations and finance.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved limits and achieve targets for new business, revenue and profitability.
• Develop existing accounts through renewals, additional services and cross‑selling across the Group.
• Coordinate handover of new contracts to operations, ensuring clear documentation of service commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports, and monitor competitors and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in B2B business development, sales or key account management.
• Proven track record of winning new clients and negotiating service contracts.
• Experience in facility services such as cleaning, pest control, commercial laundry or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness of pricing, costs and margins.
• Professional proficiency in Greek and English and a valid driving licence for client visits across Attica.
