Business Development Manager – Energy Solutions

About the role

Aggreko is expanding its presence in Greece and seeks a Business Development Manager to lead growth and go‑to‑market strategy for power and energy solutions. You will focus on complex, energy‑intensive customers and large‑scale projects across industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial growth strategy for Greece.
• Build and nurture relationships with data centre, mining, shipping, utilities and other high‑energy customers.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through consultative selling.
• Lead negotiations, presentations and contract closures with senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with operational, technical and legal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver an annual sales plan targeting revenue, margin and market‑share growth.

Required profile

• Degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant B2B sales experience, preferably in energy, power or infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, bidding and tender processes.
• Proven track record working with large‑scale or energy‑intensive customers in Greece.
• Fluent in Greek and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
