Bilingual Swedish/English Team Leader – Hospitality

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Swedish-speaking Team Leader for a top hospitality brand in Greece, working in the tourism sector. The role is based in Athens and involves coaching associates, managing ongoing tasks and mentoring the team.

Key responsibilities

• Coach associates so they achieve company and client goals, and handle employee-related issues
• Coordinate training on new or revised information about services, products or project processes
• Manage several complex ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring the team's absence and attendance
• Motivate and mentor the team through open, honest feedback and recognition of good work

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in a customer service environment
• Customer-focused mindset and comfort with computer systems
• Active listening and good problem-solving skills
• Native or fluent Swedish and very good English (C1)
