BI Developer – Data & Analytics Unit

About the role

As a BI Developer in the Data & Analytics Unit, you will design, build, deliver and maintain reporting solutions that translate functional requirements into technical specifications. You will work with internal clients and the Solution Architect to ensure solutions align with business needs and D&A best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop data models and reporting solutions (dashboards, reports) using Qlik Sense, Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to apply data and analytics best practices.
• Test solutions, demonstrate them to stakeholders and follow agile methodologies.
• Modify existing dashboards to accommodate new business requirements.
• Provide technical expertise to enable self‑service data connections for visualization tools.
• Support incident management, maintenance and upgrades of BI applications and related infrastructure.
• Work closely with data scientists to elaborate data models and explore AI technologies.
• Help establish a community of practice for analytical capabilities and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and developing BI reporting solutions.
• Ability to work closely with Solution Architects, data scientists and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for incident resolution and system maintenance.
