Back-End Developer – PHP & Microservices

About the role

We are looking for a Back‑End Developer to join eduki’s remote team in Greece. You will work in an agile environment, building and maintaining scalable backend services that power our education platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy PHP‑based microservices using Docker.
• Integrate new services with existing systems and ensure reliable data flow.
• Participate in Back‑End team meetings, sprint planning and other agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to deliver high‑quality features.

Required profile

• Advanced practical experience with PHP 8+, SQL and Docker.
• Proven background in backend and microservice development.
• Self‑organized, reliable and able to work independently.
• Fluent English communication skills for daily interaction with an international team.
• Legal right to work in Greece.
