About the role

KPMG’s Advisory Graduate Recruitment Program 2026 offers recent graduates a fast‑track entry into our Advisory practice. You will work alongside experienced consultants on high‑impact projects across technology, risk, finance, sustainability and more, while following a personalized learning path.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in ERP, CRM, SAP, Cloud and AI‑related implementation and data‑analytics projects.
• Support cyber‑security initiatives, including OT/ICS/SCADA protection, penetration testing, red‑team exercises and IAM design.
• Assist with GRC, risk assessments, business continuity, data‑privacy and regulatory compliance (ISO, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, SOC 1/2).
• Develop financial risk models using AI/ML and support Basel II/III/IV compliance.
• Contribute to ESG reporting, sustainability assessments and energy‑decarbonisation projects.
• Engage in strategy design, process improvement and public‑sector digital transformation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline and a strong analytical mindset.
• Interest in advisory work across technology, risk, finance or sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
