About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the coordination of administrative and financial activities for the action “Strengthening protection systems for unaccompanied migrant children and vulnerable female applicants and beneficiaries of international protection II” in Greece.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating administrative tasks related to the action.
- Support financial activities, including budgeting and reporting.
- Work under the overall supervision of the Deputy Chief of Mission and the direct supervision of the National Cluster Coordinator (Unaccompanied Migrant Children).
- Provide tailored support to implementing partners focusing on protection for unaccompanied migrant children.
- Contribute to the delivery of accommodation and care services in Emergency Accommodation Facilities.
Required profile
- University degree.
