Ad Sales Specialist (Arabic)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading global digital advertising and social media company to hire an Arabic‑speaking Ad Sales Specialist for its Athens office. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on outbound sales to advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first‑contact engagement.
• Initiate conversations with advertisers, establish relevance quickly, and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Use consultative, needs‑based selling techniques to identify advertiser challenges and convert interest into revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow‑ups and opportunities in an organised, disciplined manner.
• Utilise CRM systems, sales enablement tools and dashboards to track activity and performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital advertising products, tools, platforms and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven outbound sales, telesales, B2B or digital advertising experience.
• Native or near‑native Arabic and fluent English.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct cold‑calling and initiate conversations with prospects.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, revenue and sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Good understanding of digital advertising solutions and their commercial positioning.
